Reiki and Eating with Your Whole Being
Being the day after Bluestem Earth Festival 2017, I thought it would be the perfect time to write about the connection of Reiki and eating with your whole being.
Recently, my Animal Reiki teacher, Kathleen Prasad, suggested a couple of vegan cookbooks by Kris Carr and Oh She Glows. Thank you, Kathleen ♥️ For almost 30 years I’ve been a lazy vegetarian; meaning I don’t eat meat/fish/poultry, but eat a lot of processed vegetarian foods. I’ve reached a time in my life where a vegan lifestyle is calling me simply because of my love for animals and the desire to feel better about what goes into my body.
Kris Carr’s and Oh She Glows cookbooks are life changing. You don’t have to be vegan to use them and I promise that you won’t be disappointed! They’re a phenomenal compliment to what you already prepare. They showed me that healthy eating for your whole being can actually be fun and easy. I love the recipes and think you will too! Enjoy!!💛
